This division was created in 1989 for military sales worldwide. The Defense Commissary Agency (DECA), the Army / Air Force / Exchange System (AAFES) and the Navy Exchange (NexCom) make up the bulk of these sales. DeCA is the11th largest grocery chain and AAFES is the 9th largest mass-merchandiser entity in the United States.
